Some of these things I am REALLY looking forward to...like beginning my new Smash Book Scrapbook. Playtime with paper!! |
Other items...not so fun. Like mopping the kitchen and sewing my husband's coat buttons on tight. But, because of this Graphic Organizer I really didn't mind doing it and then having the fun of crossing it off. My photos today are subpar because I used my iPhone rather than my camera, but you get the gist. So give it a try and see if it makes you feel more organized and less mastered by a To Do list. A very interesting twist on the typical "to-do" list! : ) I may just have to try this. I have enough Type A in me that I like to have lists, it keeps my brain organized, but I have enough of whatever the scatter brained-fly by the seat of your pants type is that I rarely ever actually get through my lists, lol! The element of "fun" is appealing to me. When I was a kid and had to clean my room I never knew where to start, so I'd separate it (in my mind) into 5 or 6 sections and then I'd write the numbers on pieces of paper and pull one from a hat so to speak. Then whatever number I pulled I'd clean that section, then pull another number. It was kind of fun and random, and in the end I had a clean room. :)
